In essence, coaching is a series of conversations during which you explore what’s going on in your life and how you might create a new path in order to achieve certain goals. What makes it different from other conversations is the impact it has on you – the client.
Coaching provides you with a safe and supportive space in which you can express your ideas and formulate a plan that will help you to move forward. It’s important to note that I work in a non-directive approach, that is, I believe in your ability to create your own ideas and decide for yourself which steps you want to take.

I’m trained as a counselor & coach, and creativity coach.

Creative coaching is similar to life coaching, but it focuses on your creative work and journey. It helps you to understand and work on your creative skills.
During a coaching session, you identify where you are now and where you would like to be as well as what’s standing in the way. You then work on these internal and external obstacles.

My clients are mostly entrepreneurs and creatives, but people who are on a different career path can also benefit from this.
