Here’s what people had to say after working together:
“I attended a creative group coaching class and had a very positive experience. The group setting added a unique dimension to the learning process, allowing for a rich exchange of thoughts and experiences. What stood out to me was the class’s ability to create a supportive environment where people felt comfortable changing their perspectives. It truly fostered a sense of community and growth. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking both personal and creative development. Thank you so much Kesem.”

“I enjoyed working with Kesem as my creative coach over the last six months. Through our regular sessions, I could define and overcome my creative blocks, rebuild my confidence, and fully explore my potential. Kesem is a highly structured and intuitive coach who deeply understands all the colors of the creative industry. With years of experience bridging the roles of artist and entrepreneur, she brings very valuable insight to her coaching. She also has the most amazing natural light in her studio 🙂
As I complete this coaching cycle, I become more aware of my goals and capabilities. I highly recommend Kesem to any creative entrepreneurs looking to push their business forward.”

“Kesem’s coaching has helped me to have a clearer view of my creative projects and goals. Since the first session, we have understood and focused on my goals. From a very comprehensive plan, I slowly saw each step needed to finalize my project. It was easier to see results and find motivation along the way. It was easy to feel comfortable talking and explaining things to Kesem; she is very organized and professional. The communication was prompt and clear.“
Interior designer, Amsterdam
“Kesem helped me have a calm approach to shaping my creative ideas and being more productive.
It was beneficial to put a name on a feeling or a challenge, understand how to deal with it, and move forward. For example, I found out that I was unaware that I could get support for my creative work and that I struggled to express it; that was a huge step”.
Graphic designer, Amsterdam
“Having a creative coach helped me better understand why I’m an artist. Having a coach who is an artist herself and who understands my issues was beneficial. The coaching process helped me to change my mindset about my art-making.”

“Kesem supported me with my new business and helped me increase my awareness of what I want and need to move forward with my business. In addition, she helped me clarify the steps I wanted to take and create an action plan. Getting this support helped me to get motivated and take action.”

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Kesem.
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a ceramic designer in my Amsterdam studio. Alongside ceramics, I’ve explored art forms like drawing, interior design, silk screening, and product design.
I help individuals, entrepreneurs, and creatives navigate personal and professional challenges to achieve fulfillment.
As a designer and coach, I understand creatives’ unique challenges and how to support them. My non-directive coaching approach fosters self-reflection, helping you find your path forward with the necessary tools, empathy, and structure.
I studied Ceramic Design, Product Design, Life Coaching, Creativity Coaching, and Clay Therapy, allowing me to guide others in overcoming challenges and reaching their goals.
