Handmade products
All pieces are individually handmade, meaning that each piece may slightly differ from the others in style, color, and design.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled responsibly for the personal information.
Shipping
Getting your order on its way is very important to us; we ship all the packages with “My Parcel“ (that is working with Post NL), once a week there is a picking up service from my shop. The estimated processing time of delivery is about 5-10 days depending on your location.
Events outside Kesemy design control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Kesemy design is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Local Taxes
If your delivery address is not within the EU Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Packing
Kesemy design products are packed in cardboard boxes, specially designed for shipping worldwide. We are concerned about the environment, so we re-use packaging materials whenever possible. Hopefully, you’ll re-use or recycle all of the packaging as well.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return goods, within 14 days of delivery we will be happy to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. Items should be returned in perfect condition, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Payment
Online payment is possible by Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Ideal, PayPal (Maestro, V-pay, Dankort, Carta Si, Carte Bleue)
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and kesemy design will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
