Clay Field Therapy is a somatic, body-focused method that uses the natural power of clay to support emotional healing and self-discovery.
Developed by Heinz Deuser, it is part of Art Therapy and is grounded in theories of developmental psychology, sensorimotor therapy, and haptic (touch-based) perception.
It helps people work through deep memories stored in the body, including early life experiences and relationships.
Clay Field gently brings attention to the sensations and emotions we carry inside, helping the healing process begin from within.
During a session, people use their hands in the clay to express emotions and experiences, finding relief through this expressive, hands-on process. The tactile, grounding nature of the work helps reduce stress and bring people into the present moment.
It is especially helpful for those who struggle to express their feelings with words, offering a non-verbal, deeply embodied path to healing.

Hi, Im Kesem,
I’m a ceramic designer and a Life and Creativity coach, and I’ve worked with people for the last 20 years.
I finished the two parts of training, Clay Field for adults and children.
I trained with Cornelia Elbrecht from the Sensorimotor Institute in Apollo Bay, Australia.
I find joy in assisting people on their journey of personal growth. Witnessing them discover themselves in the process is something truly special, and I’m dedicated to supporting and encouraging my clients throughout their unique journeys.
Currently, I’m working with practice clients in my studio in Amsterdam.
